Description

Checks if the UCS-2 string starts with a specified UCS-2 string.

Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
VMWSTR string1 
[IN] The string to be checked. 
VMWSTR string2 
[IN] The starting string to check for. 
Returns

0, if string1 starts with string2. Non-zero, if not.
