VMINT vm_pwr_get_battery_level();
Get a calculated battery level. This battery level is calculated based on the battery voltage and then feed to an algorithm to ensure the level is monotonically decreasing.
Battery level in percentage.
Depend on the target config, return value maybe one of (0,25,50,75,100)
or one of (0,33,66,100).
