Description

Draws an image file to the frame, this will replace the original frame content. The image format can be ABM / AB2 / JPEG / GIF / PNG / BMP

[IN] Frame pointer

[IN] X offset of start position 
VMINT y 
[IN] Y offset of start position 
VMINT frame_index 
[IN] Frame index of the image, this is for animated images only, set to "0" for any other image types.
