vm_fs_get_position

Syntax

VM_RESULT vm_fs_get_position(
    VM_FS_HANDLE handle, 
    VMUINT* position
);

Description

Gets the current position of the file pointer of the file, pointed to by the specified file handle.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
VM_FS_HANDLE handle	[IN] The handle of the file to get the current position from.
VMUINT* position	[OUT] The current position of the file pointer, returned after calling this function.

Returns

A positive integer of the current file pointer position. If a negative integer

is returned, refer to VM_FS_RESULT for error details.
